Pop B

That's what my kids would call my Dad. Now it sounds funny hearing my son and daughter-in-law referring to me as Pop B as I "talk" to our first granddaughter. I guess it's ok, just a little weird to hear it again after 10+ years.
With the Christmas holiday over, it was very special to have Sierra in our home for a week. She is almost 4 months old now. Special smiles, giggles, and cuddles made the time really neat. I guess that is what being new grandparents is all about. I have heard from old hands that being grandparents is the best possible job. Although Carol has taken to being Mom B very quickly, I have felt conflicted....there was a former Pop B that I miss and can never fill his shoes. But I am proud to try and prouder yet of our newest Brewer family member.

Introduction to Brewer Bunch.

This is my first time to blog!!!! I'm hoping to keep up with sending you information about our family. The picture has Christopher, Randy & Jeremy on the back row and Kristin, me, Delmise (Jeremy & Stephenie's friend from Honduras), and Stephenie!

Jeremy is our oldest son and his wife is Stephenie. Jeremy works for a law firm for the Controller. Stephenie teaches 5th grade at John R. Goode in Irving. Christopher is our youngest son and his wife is Kristin. Christopher is a Financial Analyst for Caremark and Kristin is an Account Manager for Broadlane. Randy is still working for Nordam as a Vice President. I'm enjoying being at home when I'm not busy with BSF and P.E.O. (a woman's community organization). I love having our family and friends here at my unofficial Bed and Breakfast. We "opened" a second Bed & Breakfast in Bella Vista (Just kidding!!! We have a 2nd home there so Randy can pretend he's retired and play golf every weekend that the weather permits!!!)
